HAIL in a handbasket!!!

First day of second grade was FUN! Nicolas loves his new teacher and I'm glad it's time to go back to work.

But....when we got home, all hail broke loose!

This is the window well that flooded and broke!

My back yard is all tore up.

The home builder sent some guys to clean up the basement that was full of water and mud and I'm sure a few spiders made their way in too.

They did a really good job. It took about 4 1/2 hours to finish and now I just have to go through the stuff that got wet and see what I can save.
